If someone had told me back in March 1996 as I embarked on my brand-new
midweek DJ gig that I'd still be doing it in 2010, I'm not sure how I
would have reacted. With horror? With glee? I'll tell you how I feel about
it now: satisfied, a wee bit proud, and ready to put some more years
behind me. Thanks to all of you for helping me get here. Please come and
raise a glass this Wednesday to mark the beginning of year 15. Bring a
(small!) pile of 45s if you got'em; it gives me more time to mingle. But
note that there will be TWO special guest spinners dropping in from out of
town to do marginally longer sets, Minneapolis Justin and New Orleans
